When do we disclose your personal data to third parties?

If via the Frankwise website or other services or products, you end up on the website of a third party, the conditions and privacy rules of the third party in question are applicable. Frankwise does not control the activities of such websites or third parties, and is not responsible for the content, privacy, security and regulations of the websites to which Frankwise links. Frankwise therefore advises you to familiarise yourself with the privacy conditions, security and regulations of the third party, before you provide them with (personal) information.
How can you withdraw your permission?
If you no longer wish to receive marketing and promotional messages about our products and services or general news via e-mail, you can unsubscribe (opt-out) by following the instructions included in every e-mail or by sending a message to email@example.com. We will comply with your request within 4 weeks of receipt.
Please note that we may continue to send you mailings and messages on other grounds, such as in the context of your agreement or partnership with us.
What are your rights?

Frankwise can ask you to prove your identity if you make a request for inspection or change.
