Frankwise, Change Facilitator, is an organisation that focuses on business creation, personal development and team development.

When does Frankwise process personal data?

Which data does Frankwise collect?
We collect, in addition to the name and contact information of your organization, name, phone number, position and e-mail address. We may also collect feedback, comments and questions received from you through service-related communications and activities, such as meetings, phone calls, documents, chats and emails.
Through our applications and websites, we may collect IP addresses and activities undertaken on the sites. For example, if you upload photos or videos to our website or add messages or comments, this information can be read by anyone visiting the website and used for purposes beyond our and your control.
For this reason Frankwise is not responsible for the information you put on the website. If you apply for a job with Frankwise, we collect the information you provide during the application procedure.
For what purpose do we process your personal data?
We collect and use personal data mainly for the execution of our services and customer service. We also collect data about suppliers, partners and applicants for employment with or (voluntary) employees of Frankwise. We may use your information for the following purposes:

- To fulfil contractual obligations, such as order confirmation, licence details, invoice, reminders and the like.

How can you withdraw your permission?
If you no longer wish to receive marketing and promotional messages about our products and services or general news via e-mail, you can unsubscribe (opt-out) by following the instructions included in every e-mail or by sending a message to info@frankwise.nl. We will comply with your request within 4 weeks of receipt.
Please note that we may continue to send you mailings and messages on other grounds, such as in the context of your agreement or partnership with us.
What are your rights?
You have the right to access your personal data and the right to request correction, deletion or transfer of your personal data. In addition, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
If you want to know which of your personal data Frankwise processes, then you can make a written request for inspection. We will handle your request within 4 weeks after receipt.
You can inspect your personal details that Frankwise has collected and, if you wish, have them altered by sending a request to: info@frankwise.nl. We will respond to your request within 4 weeks.
Frankwise can ask you to prove your identity if you make a request for inspection or change.
If you do not agree with the way in which Frankwise handles your personal details, then you can lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Authority.
How long do we keep your information?
Frankwise will retain your personal information as long as this is necessary for the purposes indicated above or to meet legal (storage) obligations.
