The Gentle Way is an intuitive counselling approach which firmly supports your natural need for wholeness and balance.
How does The Gentle Way work?
The Gentle Way consists of 3 steps.
1. The start
We start with a frank conversation in which I listen to what is going in your life. After we have discussed and inventoried a number of issues, I ask you to focus on a situation which is bothering you right now, and which you would like to get rid of.
This can be something physical, mental or emotional.
2. Intuitively getting in touch with your energy and information field
Every person has an energy and information field around them. Compare it with infrared light. We cannot see it with our eyes, but we can measure it and use it, for instance, to control devices.
With my clairvoyant and healing capabilities, I make contact with that field.
I do that in the role of an intermediary, a catalyst, a transmitter. I neither add nor take away anything. I only function as an open channel for your field through which your -healing energy- can flow again.
The energy goes to the places in your body where it is needed. Your body intelligence regulates this.
In this way, the self-healing capacity of your body can be strengthened in a natural way. This is what can happen during a session.
3. Sharing your experience
After the session I will ask you about your experiences and I will share what I have seen and felt with you. Together we will explore how the insights gained can increase your self-awareness and self-management, and encourage you to take positive action.
